Each cutting board is shaped by hand for an elegant shape and balance. Careful hand sanding and buffing with fine steel wool produce a satiny smooth surface that is silky to the touch.

The cutting boards are finished with a food-safe mineral oil/wax finish. The cutting boards beauty can easily be restored with gentle sanding and a new coat of finish.
